Jeff Lewis is a senior government relations and public affairs leader with nearly two decades of experience operating at the highest levels of government, politics, and public policy.
Through JLNY, Jeff advises organizations navigating New York’s evolving political, regulatory, and stakeholder landscape. He is known for building trusted relationships across government, industry, labor, advocacy, and community groups to help clients advance priorities, manage complexity, and deliver meaningful results.
Jeff previously served as Chief of Staff and senior political advisor to Governor Kathy Hochul, helping lead her historic transition to becoming New York’s first female governor. In that role, he managed executive operations and strategic initiatives across some of the state’s most consequential housing, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, and economic development priorities.
